Jane Helsley Velten and Dirk Velten are partners in business and life, each engaging in work that is personally meaningful and relevant. Together, they offer their clients the opportunity to focus on both personal growth and collective responsibility.

Dirk's work focuses on cultural, organizational, and social issues, examining systemic and historical influences on communities classified by "race," gender and sexual orientation. At the same time, he advocates the difference one individual can make.

Jane takes a more personal approach to diversity, working with individual clients to develop awareness of - and effective responses to - both inner and outer conflicts. Her own awareness of cultural contexts informs her ability to offer her clients a larger perspective.

Whether working on the community or personal level, both Jane and Dirk uphold the skills and benefits of partnership, of allowing the power of the "mandorla" to emerge from the inclusion of different views.
